Linda Dugan - East Texas Behavioral Health Consultant is a Fraud

Linda Dugan is a complete fraud. This woman has a deep-seated deceit that only God could unearth, if He choses to before it's too late. The list of destroyed families is growing. We are getting more and more emails from parents whom Linda Dugan has lied to separate from their own precious children - WITH NO EVIDENCE OF ABUSE. In my dealings with Linda Dugan over the last 3+ years, I have found her to be ruthless. Do not be fooled by this woman. Linda Dugan has and is currently destroying families for money. This woman has falsified her reports in court in my case for years now. She is an integral part of the evil, 'good ole boys' network currently operating in Kaufman County, Texas.

It was relieving to discover I was not alone in the feelings about this MEAN BIASED and DIRTY woman, Linda Duggan. A couple years ago I was taking back to court because I was accused by Linda Duggan of Chocking my child.  There were many weeks of sessions Linda was having with my child, convered by my insurance, in which I was unaware of. It was not until I was subpoenaed to court in which I found out about this allegation. When the court process started, Linda Duggan then starting filing the past sessions and claims on my insurance finally making things visible.  Through her FALSE ALLEGATIONS, I was left with supervised vistitation. After visiting with her a few sessions and her observing the relationship between my child and I she LITERALLY recanted on her allegation of me Chocking my child yet she was adimate that a chocking occurred.  She then told the court, "my child may have just been confused."  By this time the damage was done. 

Be advised no effort was made by Linda Duggan to pursue the alleged suspect of child abuse.  Since it was not the "father" or of "benefit to this case" she was not concerned who perpetrated the act. In court I witnessed and heard Linda Duggan discussing the details of another case with my child's mother's lawyer.  I knew then without a doubt there was personal gain involved.

This woman could care less about the WELL BEING of CHILDREN.

She told me to my face that "Fathers are merely weekend play mates."

I also agree with these posters and am also a victim of this gross and nasty woman who is responsible for stealing my children, for corrupting their minds and doing more damage than can be calculated. For the record, it's Linda Duggan with 2 'g''s and not 1.

My child was also brainwashed by this counselor. Duggan is crass and audacious. She is bold in her attitude but no less wrong. In court Linda Duggan flat out told stories about me as she has done with others i am now in contact with. There seems to be a growing number of her victims who are coming forth and calling for the State board of examiners to cancel her certification and for the correction and exposure of the judges who are actually court-appointing her to their cases. That's shady.

Indeed Ms. Duggan is a fraud and unqualified to do her job.  She recieved a DWI in Dallas county last year and has a hearing Monday January 25, 2010 in courtroom B, if anyone would like to join. This is still an open case.  She is also up to renew her license in February 2010, so please make sure to file formal complaints with the state of texas, they have 5 open complaints at the moment that they are investigating.  This woman needs to stop messing with people's lives and I hope karma comes right around to bite her in the ass.

I am curious if anyone went to the court hearing that she had in January to verify that this is indeed the same Linda Duggan the counselor.  I noticed that the dallas dwi records etc were for a Linda Miller Duggan and her info states that she is Linda J Duggan.  Does anyone have solid proof that the Linda Duggan with the 3 offenses in Dallas county is indeed the same Linda Duggan in Forney that is a counselor? 

I have had experiences with Linda Duggan the counselor and seem to find her unprofessional and doing the same thing to me in my case.  She is stating things that my son says and feels that are not true.  I have never met the little boy that she refers to knowing.  She seems to say that he is scared of me and doesn't want to be around me etc.. but when I am with him, he doesn't want to leave my side and doesn't want me to leave.  He states that he wants more time with me but she states that he doesn't and she calls me a liar..

I am upset at how this is all playing out and my judge is Tygrett as well.  I am in court custody battle with my mother who is a prescription pill drug addict and has temporary conservatorship of my son since 2003 due to my problems.  I am now 4 years sober and been trying to get my son back for a year now.  I have been sober 6 years of his 8 years on this earth yet I can't seem to get standard possession orders due to Linda Duggan saying that my son doesn't want to spend time with me..  It's very frustrating... and I would like to know if anyone has verifiable proof that the Linda in the dallas county dwi is the same one
