Complaint about PODS moving and storage

Hi Neighbor just had PODS unit delivered. . He parked blocking my driveway so PODs could be delivered into his. Hey no problem I couls deal withn a little inconveinence. then the truck driver removers the hoist system and pushes it into my swale. that still has water in it and the ground is soft. He sees me looking and says Sorry but their car was in the way. WTF? move the car. Don't damage other peoples propert. We have to maintain it even if it is a a right of way. . When I asked the driver if he was going to fix the ruts his answer is that it's an easement. WTF? that gives someone the right to wreck it? . Union driver. No care for anyone but himself . I would not recommend this company to anyone.If your neighbors use him check your property for damage before the truck leaves.

My sister had a bad experience with drivers from that company. Seems they just don't care.

I'd call there offices. Driver s aren't paid enough to care. If they get fired, they'll just find another job. They have no vested interest in the company. Call the manager and see what they'll do for you.
